This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for purchases made through GlossyBlueAI, a platform operated by Glossy Blue Services.

1. Nature of Services

GlossyBlueAI provides digital services including AI-powered tools, subscriptions, AI credits, and usage-based platform features. All services are delivered electronically and no physical products are shipped.

Most purchases are delivered instantly or activated automatically after successful payment confirmation.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

Refund requests may be approved in the following circumstances:

  • Payment was successfully charged but purchased credits, subscriptions, or services were not delivered.
  • Duplicate payments were processed for the same purchase.
  • An incorrect amount was charged due to a verified system error.
  • A platform-related technical issue prevented access to the purchased service and could not be resolved within a reasonable period.
  • A transaction was completed successfully but credits were not added to the customer's account.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Purchased subscriptions, credits, or services have been successfully delivered or activated.
  • AI credits have been consumed either partially or fully.
  • AI-generated responses have already been delivered to the user.
  • The user is dissatisfied with AI-generated content, responses, suggestions, or output quality.
  • The user purchased an incorrect plan, package, or subscription.
  • The user no longer wishes to use the service after activation.
  • Service limitations, model behavior, or AI-generated inaccuracies that are disclosed in our policies.
  • Account suspension or termination resulting from violations of our Terms & Conditions or AI Usage Policy.
  • Internet connectivity issues, device compatibility issues, browser-related issues, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

4. AI Credits and Refunds

AI credits are digital usage units used to access platform features.

Once credits have been consumed, used, redeemed, or converted into AI-generated services, they are generally not eligible for refund.

Unused credits may be considered for refund review only in situations covered under the Eligible Refund Cases section of this policy.

5. Refund Request Period

Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the original transaction.

6. Refund Review Process

Each refund request is reviewed individually.

We may request additional information including:

  • Transaction reference number
  • Payment receipt
  • Registered account email address
  • Screenshots or supporting evidence

Failure to provide requested information may affect our ability to process the refund request.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or financial institution, the refund may take approximately 5 to 10 business days to reflect in the customer's account.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact our support team before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

We will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve billing concerns promptly.

Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse, or unauthorized payment disputes may be subject to account restrictions, suspension, or termination.
